About the event
The Bighorn Mountains provide a great place to ride horses and hike with friends and family! We invite you to join us for a fun ride or hike, scavenger hunt, and chances to win lots of outdoor prizes for youth and adults. It is free to participate and no purchase is necessary for chances to win prizes, though raffle tickets for a rifle and packing panniers will be sold at the event. Please refrain from bringing dogs, as they are not allowed on organized BCH rides.
We will begin at Elgin Park Trailhead where sign-in will start at 9:00 a.m. The ride and hike will begin around 9:30. Lunch will be ready starting at 1:00 with prizes at 2:30.
What to Expect:
There will be trails for riding horse or hiking for any experience level and all ages. Horse ride will be 6.5 miles with hikes of 2-4 miles, or…
